Building Business Relationships

PSL encourages and supports the building of relationships between organisations in order to add value, deliver benefit and thereby enhance competitiveness.

Over the past decade, leading firms in the UK and around the world have developed and refined their practice until today we know a lot about building business relationships that make both parties more profitable, more innovative and more competitive. PSL harnesses this knowledge to provide support to help organisations in finding effective and competitive options through adoption of best practice approaches structured within the CRAFT framework.

PSL is a knowledge enterprise whose strength comes from a combination of influential support, key sponsors and networking across various communities:

  • PSL is actively supported by BERR and CBI
  • PSL has an influential board comprising prominent members from both government and industry
  • The PSL steering group comprises knowledgeable directors from a number of large organisations from across Europe
