PSL has a well established track record in promoting and providing best practice guidance in the demanding field of partnering. In order to extend this knowledge and share the experience, PSL has put together a number of workshops addressing specific aspects of partnering, providing you with access to the latest thinking from a range of practitioners.
All workshops are interactive, suitable for both experienced staff and those new to the subjects. Participants will be exposed to the principles of the specified area of partnering and to a learning process that will help their development in the attitudes and changing environment in this fast changing field. These workshops can therefore apply to companies that have recognised their need to develop in-house skills. Or you can use a workshop as a way to boost your relationship with another organisation, or for individuals who are seeking to strengthen and build on their existing knowledge.
The workshops can be bespoke or generic. We can run these in either your offices or in our own premises. They can be run for participants from a single organisation, or from a combination of organisations that are involved in partnering together, or participants can attend an open workshop with people from a mix of organisations.
These workshops will appeal to all participants who want to improve their current knowledge of this field whether or not they are experienced in partnering. Typically, participants will be those personnel who have responsibilities that are impacted by the relationship with other organisations, whether internal departments or external dependencies.
The facilitators of these workshops are experienced Project Managers and Practitioners working with PSL, which is a joint DTI/CBI initiative established to help companies understand and implement the partnering process.
